Something to read when your parked up!
The New Zealand Superstock Championship is an event that comes with rich rewards for the host track and a lifetime of recognition for the driver who finishes the weekend holding aloft the coveted 1NZ.
Held annually since 1966, this is a history of the title from that historic inaugural event at Palmerston North, through to Randal Tarrant’s shock dominance at the Ocean View track in 2020. With hundreds of photographs from the best in the business and a treasure trove of programmes, magazines and newspapers, no stone has been left unturned in an effort to capture the essence of these legendary race meetings. And a comprehensive statistical record plays tribute to the hundreds of drivers who have qualified for a shot at the big time, with profiles of the chosen few who have truly excelled.
“The New Zealand Superstock Champs needs a book that accurately captures the highs and lows of the last 55 years and Tim is realistically the only person who could write it.” - Sonja Hickey, Rotorua
